Description of scope:
Base Surveys was engaged by Sterling Infrastructure to support a rail revival upgrade involving the refurbishment of an existing trestle bridge over the Moonee Ponds Creek viaduct. Our team worked across day and night shifts to facilitate the safe removal of existing platforms, installation of new platforms, ballast set-out, rail alignment set-out, and as-built verification of the final rail alignments.
