  • Resolution: If the damage is due to an issue on our end (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged during handling, etc.), we will provide a solution. If the damage is due to customer handling or other external causes, no refund will be issued.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.


7. International Returns
